Sanusi Jalloh is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE, with additional certifications in TRX and CPR/First Aid, specializing in strength training, functional fitness, weight loss, mobility, and flexibility. He earned his degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Shenandoah University, where he also competed in track and field. That combination of education and athletic experience shaped his deep understanding of both the body and the mind, and how they work together in achieving long-term health and performance.
Beyond college athletics, Sanusi has continued to challenge himself through soccer and obstacle course races such as Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Savage Race. These experiences taught him resilience, grit, and the importance of both physical and mental strength — lessons he now shares with his clients.
Sanusi’s approach goes beyond sets and reps: he believes fitness is not just about building muscle, but also about boosting confidence, reducing stress, and creating balance in everyday life. He understands that starting or restarting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, which is why he focuses on meeting clients where they are, tailoring training to their goals, and helping them discover that they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
Originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa, Sanusi brings a unique perspective and a genuine passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more resilient — both physically and mentally.
